Exercise of data protection rights

In accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish LOPDGDD 3/2018, you may exercise at any time and free of charge the following rights over your personal data in Aulify: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), objection, restriction of processing, portability and withdrawal of consent.

If you are a minor student or a parent/guardian of a student, we recommend you first contact the teacher or the school, which can handle most requests instantly from their dashboard. More information in information for families.

To verify your identity we may ask you by email for an ID document.

You can also write directly to hello@aulify.app. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
