In compliance with the information duty set out in article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the identification details of the service provider are set out below.

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Aulify website and mobile application (the "Site"), a self-study app that lets users create their own topics from their study material and practise them through AI-generated mini-lessons and exercises. Accessing the Site grants User status and implies acceptance of the conditions set out here.

3. Conditions of use

The User undertakes to make correct use of the Site in accordance with the law, good practice and public order, and to refrain from using it for unlawful purposes, in ways harmful to the rights of third parties, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overload or impair the Site. Detailed conditions are set out in the Terms and conditions.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All Site content (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as its graphic design and source code) is the intellectual property of Aulify or third parties. No exploitation rights recognised by current legislation are transferred to the User.

Trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs belong to Aulify or third parties; accessing the Site grants no rights over them.

5. Exclusion of warranties and liability

Aulify shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may arise from, by way of example: errors or omissions in AI-generated content, unavailability of the Site, or the transmission of viruses or malicious software, despite having adopted all reasonable technological measures to prevent it. AI-generated explanations and exercises must be reviewed before being used for critical purposes (official exams, professional decisions, etc.).

6. Modifications

Aulify reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to the Site, and may change, remove or add both the content and services provided and the way they are presented or located.

7. Links

Where the Site provides links or hyperlinks to other internet sites, Aulify exercises no control over those sites or their content, and assumes no liability for the content of any link belonging to a third-party website.

8. Right of exclusion

Aulify reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Site, without prior notice, to users who breach these conditions or any particular conditions that may apply.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between Aulify and the User is governed by current Spanish law. All disputes and claims arising from this Legal Notice shall be resolved by the competent Courts and Tribunals under applicable legislation.
